Finding Your Way Forward With Individual Therapy
Supporting Adults and Young People (Aged 11+)
Like a seed nestled beneath the soil, you may not always see the growth that is quietly taking place within you. Even in darkness, a seed instinctively reaches towards the light, finding its way with patience, resilience and time. In much the same way, therapy offers you a safe and nurturing space to gently explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences, allowing healing to unfold at its own pace.
Like a seed finding its way towards the light, therapy offers space to grow, heal and discover new possibilities.
How Can Therapy Help Me?
Life has a way of asking us to keep going, even when we’re struggling. But carrying difficult thoughts and emotions alone can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, impacting our relationships and how we experience the world around us.
Therapy can create the conditions for growth, not by forcing change, but by helping you understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the strengths that have always been there. As you begin to untangle what feels heavy or uncertain, you may find greater clarity, self-compassion and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. Like a seed becoming a flourishing plant, your journey is uniquely your own, and with care, support and gentle guidance, you can grow towards a life that feels more grounded, balanced and true to who you are.
“Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we are supposed to be and embracing who we are.” Brene Brown
Individual Therapy Session and Fee
I offer an initial discovery call so we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions and explore whether we are the right fit to work together. Therapy is a relational process, built on trust and connection, so finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important part of the journey.
