Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. With 20+ years of experience in care and education, I offer a safe and compassionate space for adults and young people aged 11+ to explore life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for them.
How Counselling can support you
Perhaps you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety, grief, stress or difficult experiences for longer than you’d like. Maybe life feels overwhelming, you’re stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or you’ve simply reached a point where you know something needs to change. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe and gently untangle the thoughts and emotions that may have felt impossible to make sense of on your own. As understanding begins to grow, what once felt heavy can become lighter, uncertainty can give way to clarity and you can begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and hopeful.
Individual Therapy
I offer individual person-centred therapy in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity and respect, supporting you to develop self-understanding and find your own path forward. I recognise that everyone experiences the world differently. For neurodivergent clients, sessions can be thoughtfully adapted to suit your individual needs, creating an environment where you feel understood.
